What are the procedure techniques and scars

Dr Boudana’s aim is to delicately and carefully remove the excess tissue and reshape the region without interfering with the nerves or sexual sensation. The incisions are quite discreet too. It is important to only ever have labiaplasty done by a specialist plastic surgeon who is used to handling delicate tissue, preserving nerves and can perform accurate and precise wound closure.

Scarring varies between patients but after about six months to a year, the scarring will hardly be noticeable at all. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and consists in a fat cell graft. Fat is removed from other parts of the body through liposuction. This fat is purified and reinjected into the labia majora with small cannulas measuring 1-mm in diameter, which are inserted through one or two mini incisions.
